Tim Vine is a British stand-up comedian. His act consists mainly of a series of quick fire jokes and puns. On 7 October 2004 he broke the Guinness World Record for the most number of jokes told in an hour with 499, beating the previous record of 362.

He was one of the team of the ITV comedy series The Sketch Show and presented the games show Fluke on Channel 4 and Whittle for Channel 5. He co-launched Channel 5 with Julia Bradbury on 30th March 1997.

His brother is Jeremy Vine, the British television journalist/presenter and presenter on BBC Radio 2.
